Exciting news!!

Martha Monday & Phoebe Friday

I have some exciting news! ever since I started this blog my sisters have also wanted to write a page on it so I am giving them a chance every Monday & Friday to write about thier day or somthing else. So on Monday it is my younger sister Martha's day, and on Friday its my older sister Phoebe's day. This is starting today with my sister Phoebe please be supporting (I'm sure you will!)

Chocolate fudgy tartlets

Choclate Fudgy Tartlets

If your saw my last post you would know that on Sunday I had a BBQ and I made the pudding so here is the recipe


200g of Dark chocolate
100g of butter
3/4 cup of sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp of Vanilla extract
2 tbsp of all-purpose-flour
1 sheet of puff pastry
2 tbsp of icing sugar


1. Heat the oven to 200 c

2. Place chocolate and butter in a microwavable bowl and put in the microwave on HIGH for 1 minute
3. Stir in the sugar, eggs and vanilla extract. stir util smooth. then stir in the flour until smooth.

4. Lay the puff pastry out onto a lightly floured surface and cut into 16

5. Place the squares into muffin trays and put 2 tbsp of mixture into each square.

6. Bake for 18 minutes until golden brown and serve with sprinkled icing sugar.

Weekend BBQ

Weekend BBQ!

So this weekend I went to my Grandpop's house to put up our tent for France we also had a BBQ, here are some photos. (Remember to check out my choclate fudgy tartlets!)

How To Make Berry Ice Cream!

over the past few days I've really been craving some fruity Ice Cream! So I decided to make some!

  • makes 50g
  • easliy halfed or doubled 
  • takes 10 mins to make
  • takes 4-6 hours to freeze


1 cup of frozen red berries
1 cup of frozen Raspberries
4 tbsp of cherry syrup
2 tbsp of blueberries
2 tbsp of fromage frais
1 tbsp of natural yoghurt
5 tbsp of sweetner
1/2 tsp of vanilla

1. put the frozen berries in a bowl with the cherry syrup, and mix it all together

2. add the blueberries and mix, then add the fromage frais and natural yoghurt then mix again.
3. add the sweetner and vanilla and mix all together.
4. put in a container with a lid and place in a freezer.
5. every 30 mins stir to reduse ice crystals, until it is impossible to stir.
